Welcome to SkilLeo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and internship programs. By accessing or using SkilLeo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
SkilLeo offers industry-focused internship opportunities that provide real-world project experience. These are not academic courses or guaranteed employment. Interns may work on live client/internal projects under mentorship.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if younger, and must provide accurate information during signup and application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
SkilLeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
Internships are subject to selection criteria, availability, and internal evaluation.
Interns must comply with project guidelines, timelines, and mentor instructions.
SkilLeo may collect feedback and performance data during and after the internship.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any work produced during the internship (code, designs, content, etc.) becomes the property of SkilLeo or its clients.
Interns may be granted portfolio rights as per internal policy, provided confidentiality is maintained.
Participants must not disclose proprietary or sensitive information encountered during internships. Confidentiality obligations may continue post-internship.
Users must behave professionally. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or any unlawful activity will result in immediate removal.
SkilLeo provides internship opportunities “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee placement, income, or specific learning outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilLeo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or participation in internships.
SkilLeo may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of Terms, inactivity, or at our discretion. Users may also withdraw from internships following the internal withdrawal policy.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation; if unresolved, they may be subject to arbitration in Vadodara, India.
The platform may contain or integrate third-party services. SkilLeo is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
All internship fees must be paid in full before starting. Please note that once paid, the amount is strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances, including non-attendance or early withdrawal.
